www.findfoodfast.co.nz is linked directly to our internal business system called Realtime which provides the following information to FFF:

· The complete product range available in the local branch

· Detailed product information

· Customer specific pricing

· Local warehouse stock levels

· ETA date of stock coming into the warehouse

· Details of recent orders placed and order picking status

· Customer account information including invoices, credits and statements

· Historical purchasing information including purchase and usage history and a stocktake form



Transfer of information between FFF and Realtime occurs:

· Every 15 mins – stock levels, order status, invoices, credits, new orders submitted by customers

· Every 24hrs over night – inventory, pricing, customer account information

· The order process is fully automated from FFF through to warehouse's for picking
